The HR Business Integration Analyst is an experienced level position whose responsibilities will span the range of workforce reporting, business analytics, and human capital applications and tools found in HR environments - from data extraction / reporting via data analysis to data interpretation and presentation. This position will work with a variety of key stakeholders within and outside of the HR department up to executive level, and will be exposed to all major HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation, Organizational Development and Effectiveness, and Training.

This is a very analytical position and the successful candidate will spend much of their time working with data. The ability to be a contributing member of a high energy and high performing team is essential.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and three or more years directly related experience. Experience in the application of quantitative methods (simple reporting, correlations, multiple regression, survey analyses) to solve business problems (finance, marketing, HR) in organizations is preferred, as is experience working in a human resources function and business analytics/data warehouse application implementation experience. Preferred skills include intermediate to advanced knowledge of PL/SQL, experience working with SPSS and/or SAS. Also a plus is intermediate to advanced expertise in data extraction, data analysis, and data presentation.
