This position is responsible for sourcing, identifying, qualifying, attracting and retaining quality employees for the Company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively recruits candidates and screens the flow of qualified applicants to fill vacancies, ensuring compliance with company policies as well as State and Federal regulations.
Determines best recruitment solution to use which may include direct sourcing, industry networking, employee referrals, internet sourcing, minority and trade job fairs and college programs.
Experience with HR software, developing metrics and managing data.
prepares reports, documenting recruitment activity and effectiveness.
Effectively interfaces and consults with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs to develop true business partnerships.
Provides management training and development relating to recruitment and selection of qualified candidates.
Partners with Compensation to establish and maintain standards and efficiencies between workforce planning and compensation.
Be able to understand HR service delivery methods and recommend appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with related coursework preferred.
At least five years industry experience, preferably working in HR department. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
