Human Resources Generalist responsible for all aspects of Human Resources functions, including: recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, policy administration, and counseling of employees/employee relations, Workers’ Compensation program, and governmental reporting. Supervises Central Office Staff Services and Records functions. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Implements and annually updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts periodic salary surveys; analyzes compensation; monitors 6 month performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
- Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees.
- Develops and maintains employee relations programs; files EEO 4 report bi-annually; maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
- Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, and temporary employees; writes and places advertisements.
- Serves as internal consultant to Department Managers and Senior Management Team on Human Resources issues.

- Manages annual open enrollment period.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and six years experience; or Master’s degree in Human Resources management and four years experience in the Human Resources field; or nine years experience in the Human Resources field, or any comparable combination of education and experience.
