Vice President of Human Resources needed for a division of a successful public manufacturing company.

The position will be located in Texas, but would require relocation from local area. The salary will of course be dependent on the individual, but it is very competitive and includes a performance bonus.

The ideal candidate would be a Human Resources Director of Division Vice President from the manufacturing industry. He or she would be somewhat of an up-and-comer, someone who has progressively advanced within their current company. Looking to add a top-grade individual to the Human Resources Department.
